WattLock is a certificate-backed allocation gate for Creditcoin CC3 settlement. A CC3 escrow pays only after Attestcoin proves the exact Sepolia reservation; a separately funded Job B or replayed proof reverts on-chain.

A terminal Sepolia reservation is the only eligibility input. There is no reusable allocation credential and no second allocation.
settleWithProof cannot pay unless 0x0FD2 verifies the exact source receipt in the same transaction.
Sepolia reverts CertificateAlreadyReserved. CC3 reverts Query already processed. Both receipts are public.
/proof decodes the published receipt chain in the browser. yarn judge:verify cross-checks the same evidence from the command line.
